Our main and basic product is passenger carriage.
At the moment there are lots of possibilities of bus ticket purchase. At first, it is possible to do online on company’s website www.ecolines.net and in ECOLINES offices. In company’s offices bus ticket can be paid by cash, card, or invoice. Moreover, there exists a wide net of agents in all the countries where go ECOLINES routes.
Our company has found solutions for such situations as lost of bus ticket or failure of printing out ticket. Lost ticket can be restored, but if there is no printed ticket, it is possible to get on board by naming ticket number to a stewardess; the fee for ticket copy is 2 EUR. (This service is not available for carriers Ukrlines, Elbrus-Trans, Klaipeda AP, Minsktrans, Pinsk AP).
Enterprise’s price campaign allows regular purchasing tickets with discounts – sales promotions.

The procedure of purchasing ticket online, as well as in any agency, takes several minutes. On the website www.ecolines.net there is a section of modifying the reservation of your journey which can be used unassisted (print ticket, change date, cancel journey, collected bonus point ext.). Ticket contains all important and necessary information about your journey (name, surname of passenger, telephone number, route, date, time of departure and arrival, bus stops, ticket price and terms of discount (if it exists), transit countries, information about bonus points), and additional information about SMS service, how to know the time of arrival or in emergency to cancel journey.
