1.1. These rules shall govern the implementation of the bus carriege operated by a company (hereinafter - the carrier), the rules of the bus transportation carrier, as well as define the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Passenger and the Carrier.

1.2. The document confirming the right of the passenger on the trip is a ticket.

1.3. The ticket serves as a contract between the Carrier and the Passenger, and entitles the passenger to use the trip solely in accordance with data specified on the ticket. Tickets may not be transferred to a third party. Purchase of a ticket signifies acceptance of the Passenger to the Carrier's Regulations.

1.4. For tickets purchased during discount actions, there may be special rules.

1.5. The documents required for crossing state borders, entry / exit, stay on the territory of other countries, are the personal documents of the passenger. Citizen him/her self is Responsible for availability, proper clearance, validity, etc., for upon request of the appropriate government authorities.

1.6. Fees and age categories for the application of appropriate discounts for travel are set by the Carrier. The decision to change rates, the introduction or cancellation of preferential tariffs, the size and conditions of their application is decided by the Carrier.

1.7. Luggage is personal items of passenger, packed in bags and suitcases. All other things are considered cargo. Baggage is handed over to the bus luggage compartment, passengers are allowed in the cabin with hand luggage only.

1.8. Baggage allowance and carry-on baggage allowance is established by carrier.

1.9. Carrying baggage or cargo in the luggage compartment, the carrier is liable only for the presence of units of baggage or cargo, but does not guarantee its integrity and preservation of health.

1.10. Additional luggage or cargo accepted for carriage only if there is space in the luggage compartment, and for a fee.

1.11. In the seats, with the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, only persons over the age of 14 arew allowed to sit > Passengers with the numbers of seats 1 through 4 must wear a seat belt if such is provided.

1.12. Passengers are prohibited from:

1.12.1. Board or be present in the cabin of the bus while intoxicated, and drink alcohol.

1.12.2. Smoke in the cabin, toilet,or crew space of the bus.

1.12.3. Put your feet on the seats, obstruct, or encumber the passage of the bus.

1.12.4. Cause inconvenience to other passengers or interfere with the crew.

1.13. The carrier is not responsible for:

1.13.1. Possible errors in the registration ticket with open date and the transfer of dates over the phone.

1.13.2. For the safety and integrity of the passenger's carry-on baggage, personal effects, which are in the cabin.

1.13.3. For the or loss of cash, jewelry, passports, important documents, collectors items, things that have scientific value, as well as other values that are in the cabin or luggage compartment.

1.13.4. For any losses incurred by the passenger due to deviations from the timetable, except as convinence or willful default by the company.

1.13.5. For any losses incurred by the passenger as a result of criminal activity of any individual (including other passengers or crew members or drivers).

1.13.6. Over items forgotten or lost in the cabin of the bus.

1.14. Carrier does not guarantee a timely arrival at the transfer point for departure of bus of other carriers and bus connections.

1.15. Time of arrival / departure bus tickets, timetables and in other information sources are local, in accordance with the time zone of the country of departure or arrival.

1.16. Applications, complaints, claims for travel or work of the enterprise shall be subbmitted in writing, within one month after the date of the event or the carriege. Applications, complaints, claims must be addressed and sent to the Carrier. Term of consideration of appeals - thirty days after receipt by the Carrier.

2.1. Change the date of departure no later than 24 hours before the departure of the bus in any agency that sells tickets for the routes of the Carrier.

2.2. Postpone the date of departure after the departure of the bus at the agency where the ticket was purchased, upon presentation of original documents proving that he/she was in a accident or he/she was sick.

2.3. Receive refund no later than one hour before the departure of the bus . Refund equals the fare minus the penalties established by the Carrier. Refunds are only provided by agency at which ticket was purchased upon presentation of a passport, ticket and cash receipt of payment.

2.4. In case of refunds, the following rules apply:

2.4.1 Refund is 80% of the cost of travel, if the ticket is returned more than 24 hours before departure (except for the routes in Lithuania).

2.4.2 Refund is 50% of the cost of travel, if the ticket is returned less than 24 hours before departure (except for the routes in Lithuania).

2.4.3 Ticket not refundable if the ticket is returned in less than an hour before the departure of the bus (except for routes in Lithuania).

2.4.4 Refund is 80% of the cost of travel, if the ticket is returned no later than 10 min. before departure (only for the routes in Lithuania).

2.4.5 After the departure of the bus no refunds are issued.

2.5. In the case of the purchase of the return trip to refund only on the second trip or two trips at once, using the established penalties.

2.6. In case of lost ticket before the departure date,it can be restored in the place of purchase for an additional fee. Tickets with open date can not be refunded.

2.7. Exercise the right to travel by unregistered ticket with open date of departure just before the departure of the bus is subject to availability of seats.

2.8. Carry with ot charge 2 pieces of luggage weighing up to 30 kg, hand luggage weighing up to 5 kg, not exceeding the dimensions - 60cm x 40cm x 20cm

2.9. When purchasing a ticket, use the discounts provided by the Carrier, by presenting the original document when purchasing, confirming its presence.

2.10. Students are persons under the age of 26 years, inclusive, enrolled in universities and other educational institutions in the stationary form of training.

3.1. Before purchasing a ticket to get acquainted with the Rules of transportation of passengers and baggage, the implementation of the ticket sales, freight rates, to determine the date / dates of the planned trip, to ensure that documents required for travel are present.

3.2. Purchase a ticket upon presentation of an identity document. Check the accuracy of ticket data directly on the ticket when you purchase ticket.

3.3. Arrive for boarding the bus no later than 10 minutes before the time of the departure.

3.4. Show your ticket to the bus crew on the trip, which lists the name, passenger name,carriage and date of departure, travel documents to allow the presence on foreign soil, a document confirming the right to price reductions. If these data are not on the ticket and do not match the carriage or do not match the data in the presented documents, the passenger has no right to useservices.

3.5. Observe the rules of carriage and rules of behavior on the bus during the trip, follow the instructions received from the conductor and the bus drivers.

3.6. Keep the ticket until the end of the journey, present it to the government institutions. Meet the requirements of public services.

4.1. Change seat of the passenger in a bus without his consent and notification.

4.2. Check on the availability of visas for entry / transit country of destination, the validity of a visa of the tourist and other documents confirming the right of passengers to exit / enter the destination at the time of boarding.

4.3. To refuse a passenger on the trip, if he came in to board intoxicated, his actions violate the public order, or he refuses to show or is in posession of wrong travel documents.

4.4. Continue journey without passengers and without compensation for his fare, in case of violation of customs and border rules bay the passenger and his detention at the border.

4.5. Refuse the carriage of the passengers, if he/she violates these rules, their actions interfere with the crew other passengers or endanger others.

4.6. Postpone / cancel a carriage due to technical reasons, due to adverse weather conditions or for other reasons beyond influence of the carrier, without notice.

4.7. Do not accept for transportation of animals, oversized cargo, baggage, the weight of which exceeds the norm.

4.8. Provide additional passenger services, the list and the terms of which are at the bus crew.

5.1. Provide the passenger with the right to travel upon presentation of a ticket, and in accordance with the data specified therein.

5.2. To ensure delivery of the passenger to the destination specified on the ticket.

5.3. In the event of the cancellation of the carriege or if the carriege is delayed by the fault of the carrier , to provide the opportunity to go on another coach juorney or to return 100% of the passenger fare.

5.4. Use its best means for the transportation and delivery of passengers and baggage at the destination within a reasonable time. Schedule listed on the site, posters, brochures and other documents is for information purpouses and strict accuracy is not guaranteed.
